You acknowledge that your use of OAuth authentication is also subject to the respective service providers' terms of service and privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Service Integrations

Our service integrates with multiple third-party platforms to provide comprehensive time tracking capabilities. By connecting these services, you grant us permission to:

Jira Integration:

• Access your Jira account information for authentication purposes
• Read and write worklog data to your Jira account
• Access project and issue information necessary for timesheet management
• Retrieve epic and project metadata for mapping and reporting

Xurrent/4me Integration:

• Access your Xurrent/4me account for authentication
• Read time entries and service request data
• Access project and service information for unified reporting
• Retrieve workflow and status information for time allocation

Microsoft Services Integration:

• Access your Microsoft account for authentication
• Read calendar events from Outlook for meeting time tracking
• Access attendee and meeting information for project mapping
• Retrieve calendar metadata for time allocation analysis

You understand that your use of these integrated services through our platform is subject to their respective terms and conditions. You are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and permissions for all connected services.

5. Data and Analytics

ChronoWeave processes your time tracking data to provide analytics, insights, and reporting features. This includes:

• Analyzing time allocation patterns across projects and platforms
• Generating productivity insights and recommendations
• Creating automated timesheet reports and export scripts
• Mapping project data between different platforms
• Providing real-time tracking and aggregation of work hours

All analytics and processing are performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The content displayed on or through the Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on any content belonging to the Service.

ChronoWeave and its associated logos, branding, and design elements are trademarks and may not be used without explicit permission.

7. Generated Content and Export Scripts

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content generated through our Services. When you upload, submit, or otherwise share content with our Services, you give us permission to use this content to provide, maintain, and improve our Services.

Automated scripts and reports generated by ChronoWeave for your use remain your property. However, you acknowledge that the underlying algorithms and generation methods are proprietary to ChronoWeave.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or issues with third-party integrations.

We are not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party service providers (Jira, Xurrent/4me, Microsoft, etc.).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your access to connected services will be revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies and your preferences.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of time tracking data, availability of third-party integrations, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChronoWeave be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, time tracking inaccuracies, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the Services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
